Audio Digitizing Service

“Not only was I treated with the utmost respect and my detailed requests listened to and followed but while I was waiting I was able to hear them doing the same thing for many people, even reaching out rather than being prompted to do so.” Darin G. - Yelp

About our Audio Transfer Service

Reels, vinyl, cassettes, and all the rest—we will digitize them properly so that you never have to do it again. We capture uncompressed WAV files at 48kHz and then process the files to other formats and bit-rates upon request. We transfer each side of a tape, reel or record to its own file. When transferring music that has separate tracks, we do not automatically separate the tracks into their own files (or own CD tracks when output to an audio CD). Tracks are not always obvious as silent areas can occur in the middle of a song, though we offer separation on per track terms. So, whether you want to convert audio cassettes to digital or another audio format, we can help. Contact us today to find out more about our audio digitizing service.

What We Transfer

Reel-To-Reel

1/4-inch audio tape was the first widely adopted method of recording audio at home. We can transfer 3", 7", and 10" at 3.75 ips, 7.5 ips and 15 ips respectively. You can learn more about the history of reel-to-reel audio tapes here.

Vinyl Record

Vinyl Record

Vinyl records dominated music distribution in the 20th century, but they have also experienced a revival in the 21st century! We can transfer 7" and 12" records in both 45 rpm and 33 rpm as well as 78 rpm.

Tapes

Digital Audio Tape (DAT or R-DAT) is a signal recording and playback medium developed by Sony and introduced in 1987.

Our audio tape transfer service digitizes microcassette tapes. Microcassettes are personal recorder tapes and answering machine tapes.

Audio Cassettes have an impressive history and were the first mainstream method of consumer audio recording and distribution.

If you still have any of this type of audio tape, contact us to convert audio cassettes to digital.

MiniDisc

The MiniDisc (MD) is a magneto-optical disc-based data storage device offering a capacity of 74 minutes and, later, 80 minutes, of digitized audio or 1 gigabyte of Hi-MD data.

Why We’re the Best

Top of the Class

There are many different ways to digitize audio. The trick is to find that sweet spot between a big, expensive process and a cheaper process that sacrifices on quality.

Simply put, we did our homework. We’ve done the comparisons and have mastered a system that produces the best sound possible in this price range, and back it up with great service. Our system and staff ensure every request is met and communication is made with honesty and respect.

Our culture is to focus on the relationship with the client as much as the digitization process itself. Just ask the internet!
